A Rewarding Ministry to Serve in!
Serving Our Shut-ins is a vital ministry here at 1BL.
It is important to spend time lifting the spirits of those who
are possibly feeling unloved, neglected, forgotten or helpless, as God has told us to visit (orphans and) widows in their distress (James 1:27). We want them to know how much we love and appreciate them!
Also, sending cards and making phone calls
are a welcomed bright spot in their day.
