Brent Eldridge
Lead Pastor
Brent Eldridge joined the Lakewood staff in July of 2008. As Lead Pastor, Brent oversees the Executive Team of Pastors, who in turn give leadership to all areas of Lakewood's ministry. He also serves as the primary Teaching Pastor at our weekend services and leads in shaping and implementing the vision and direction of Lakewood. His passions include strategic planning, leadership development, evangelism and teaching.
Brent is a frequent conference speaker and author of Team: Six Essentials For Building a Productive Team. He completed a degree in Bible Exposition at The Master's College and also a Master of Sacred Literature at Trinity Theological Seminary.

When he's not hard at work, Brent enjoys spending time with his family, hanging with his friends, drinking coffee, running, surfing and pretty much anything that includes being in the sunshine. Brent and his wife Kristin, along with their three young children (Jake, Cooper and Jillian), live in Long Beach.
