As our community continues to grow, we're excited to have relocated in the LOWER AUDITORIUM, as we believe this space lends itself more to fostering unity and creating an authentic environment for worship.
We're in the middle of a study of the book of Ephesians called, "Towards a More Perfect Union," in which we are understanding more clearly how we are united to Christ, united in Christ with one another, and called as a community of believers to be a demonstration of the incredible riches of God's plan.
The Wake Service starts at 6pm sharp Sunday night so come early and be a part!

Worship with TJ Hill
We're excited to announce artist in residence, TJ Hill as our new full time worship leader for The Wake Service! T.J. is an ecclectic songwriter /composer /multi-instrumentalist based in
southern CA who plays in Future of Forestry and does all kinds of other

Wake is the Sunday night service at the First Baptist Church of Lakewood (1BL). We're about celebrating the demise of our old lives, waking up to the expectations of God, and modeling a life of faithfulness that others can follow as we ourselves follow Christ. Join us Sunday nights at 6pm!
